Carlos Montenegro, Architect by profession, is currently an teacher in the architecture school at the Univerisity of Panamá. As a professional architect he was the Chief of the Engineering Unit and the Urban Development Department for the San Miguelito City Hall.
He participated as an active member of the law evaluating committee for the “Demolition and New Improvements Act”, as well as the “Plans’ Approval Directives” for the Land Survey and State Assets Division of the Finance and Economy Ministry.
Apart from being a Registered Architect he has acquired a Post Graduate degree in Regional Planning and a Masters Degree in Urban Planning.
