Grupo Montenegro has a Continuing Educations programme that reaches all personnel. Among the most relevant updating we have: 
The complete staff of engineers and architects received a 30-hour training course Contract Manager Software. The training was given by the highly recognized Ing Cesar Pinzon, an engineer who’s an expert in the field.
The complete staff of engineers and architects received a 30-hour training course in project scheduling using Microsoft Project 2003. The training was given by the highly recognized Mr. Leoncio Ambulo, an engineer who’s an expert in the field and that has provided this training to companies such as CUSA, MOP and Global Bank, amongst others.
The staff of field engineers was certified by the PTI in Postentioning Level 1 Field Aspects. The seminar was given in Panama by PTI trainers with a total duration of 20 hours.

The training was given by the highly recognized Mr. Leoncio Ambulo, an engineer who’s an expert in the field and that has provided this training to companies such as CUSA, MOP and Global Bank, amongst others.
The Acquisitions Department is taking a seminar in International Logistics and Acquisitions, given by Panama Maritime. 
Jobsite Occupational Safety training is being constantly provided to the workers of the Summit Hotel Project. This training is being provided by Independent Counsultan company
